Film Work

Most recently I worked on Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio as a Puppet Fabricator, Puppet Wrangler, and Face Librarian.  Before that I spent a couple years as a model maker for Laika and House Special, making awesome props for a movie that got shelved, alas. I worked on three feature films at Laika as an RP (Rapid Prototyping) fabricator, where I built, tensioned, and tested head mechanics, helping to inform their design.  On my student film, I was the Lead Fabricator - which helped get me the job at Laika, since we used 3d Printed heads and faces.  Titled "The Box Game," it played in the Best of the Fest for the Northwest Animation Festival its first year, as well as the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film in 2018.
